This Agreement for the Use of DLine Media ServicesThis Agreement for the Use of DLine Media Services (hereinafter referred to as the 'Agreement') constitutes a contract between you (hereinafter referred to as 'You', 'User') and LLC «DLINE MEDIA» (hereinafter referred to as 'DLine Media'), who is the administrator of the website www.dline-media.com and provides you with services that are the subject of this Agreement. The relationship between DLine Media and You when using DLine Media Services is governed by this document.By registering an account on the website bill.dline-media.com and/or using DLine Media Services, You hereby confirm that You have the rights to Your account and accept and agree to all the terms contained in this Agreement as well as the terms of the Privacy Policy.Please note that You agree to the terms of the above documents without any exceptions or reservations. Using DLine Media Services without accepting the terms of this Agreement is not permitted.By clicking the button in the registration window 'I agree to the terms, register,' You confirm that Your consent is informed and voluntary and that You will comply with the terms of this Agreement. If You are a representative of an entity wishing to enter into this Agreement, You confirm that the entity has authorized You with the relevant powers, or You are authorized to represent the interests of such an entity under applicable law.DLine Media reserves the right to unilaterally change the terms of this Agreement and/or the Privacy Policy at any time by posting a new version of the revised document on the website www.dline-media.com. It is Your responsibility to check for updated versions of the documents.Violation of the provisions of this Agreement by You may result in the blocking of Your account, restriction/suspension of access to the DLine Media Service, as well as account deletion and termination of this Agreement.This Agreement is not a public contract/joining agreement as defined in Articles 426, 428 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.

Terms and DefinitionsDLine Media Services - an online service whose functionality provides Users with the ability to purchase licenses for software (software suites) available on the DLine Media website and/or offered within specific commercial proposals, with exclusive rights owned by DLine Media or other third parties. Users can also purchase services provided by DLine Media or other third parties. The acquisition of licenses and services by the User is carried out by concluding the relevant license and other agreements, the possibility of which is directly provided for by the functionality of DLine Media Services. The terms of these agreements are not governed by this Agreement. The functionality of DLine Media Services is also used to create and manage a User's Personal Account.Login, Password – unique combinations of characters (numbers/letters/symbols - depending on the technical features of the interface) specified during the registration procedure on the DLine Media website. The Login and Password together are recognized by the Parties as equivalent to the User's handwritten signature when performing legally significant actions and/or executing electronic documents using DLine Media Services. The Login cannot be changed. The Password can be changed in the interface of the DLine Media website.Authorization – the User's input of the correct Login and Password.Personal Account – a method of recording payment and statistical information on transactions made using the functionality of DLine Media Services, licenses for software products acquired by the User, the state of settlements between DLine Media and the User, the amount of the User's unspent advance payments, and other information relevant to the Parties. The Personal Account has a unique identifier (which may not be visible to the User) and is directly linked to the Login. Access to the Personal Account is provided through the DLine Media website after the User's Authorization as the person who entered into this Agreement and created the Personal Account.Payment Services - a set of software and hardware tools that ensure information and technological interaction between service users when making payments using the Internet. The list of payment services allowed for use under this Agreement is determined by DLine Media and indicated on the DLine Media website. The procedure for making payments is carried out in accordance with the rules for using such services.Parties/Party– the User and DLine Media / the User or DLine Media.DLine Media Website – a collection of web pages located in the information and telecommunication network Internet and united under the single domain address space dline-media.com and subdomains of subsequent levels.
