DLine Media Refund Policy
At DLine Media, we strive for impeccable service quality but understand that refund situations may arise. Our policy clearly defines the terms and procedures to protect the interests of both clients and the company.Refund ConditionsRefunds are only possible if the service was not fully delivered and the client did not receive one or more key components of the plan. For example:
- Allocated disk space or RAM was not provided
- No access to the control panel or essential server functions
Important:
- Traffic (bandwidth) is non-refundable, as it is a conditional, non-guaranteed resource.
- Routing issues, temporary outages, or inaccessibility caused by external factors (e.g., your ISP) are not grounds for a refund.
How to Request a Refund?
- Create a ticket via the billing panel.
- Verify your identity (a document may be required). This is a mandatory security step.
- Provide issue details:
- Period of service unavailability
- Specific missing service components
- Additional proof (screenshots, logs)
When is a Refund Not Possible?
- Payments made in cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, USDT, etc.)
- Services purchased during promotions or with a discount
- Subscription renewals or automatic payments
- IP blocking due to violations (spam, DDoS, etc.) Note: We will help resolve the issue, but not compensate for the service.
- Temporary outages affecting only part of the users
- Violation of service usage rules (abuse, multi-accounting)
Alternative Solutions
- Fixing the issue as soon as possible
- Compensation in the form of service extension
Important:
- Partial refunds or compensation for unused periods are not provided.
- Early service termination does not entitle you to a refund.
This policy ensures transparency and fairness for all DLine Media clients. If you still have questions, contact our support — we’re always ready to help!
